12 Tags of Christmas – Funkie Junkie Style (Week #12)

Here is the final tag for the 12 Tags of Christmas – Funkie Junkie style! I started it very early this morning as the snow was falling and while we didn’t get much snow out of this storm it’s making for a very, very chilly day! The 12 Tags of Christmas – Funkie Junkie style challenge is sponsored by the Funkie Junkie Boutique and you can find all of the rules and inspirational tags on Linda’s blog.

Linda’s 12th tag was a pocket tag so I was inspired to make a pocket. In my case, the pocket of Santa’s sweater. I pulled out the Tim Holtz die cuts from last year and cut my sweater from some extra felt from my village and tree project. Those die cuts don’t do real well with delicate things like felt as I learned when I had to pull everything taught to glue it. I’m sure Santa’s sweater isn’t perfect! Inside Santa’s pocket is an envelope with a naughty or nice list.

Now I’m off to do some baking and maybe some other projects in my craft room depending on how the day goes. Best wishes to everyone for a lovely holiday and I hope everyone made it to the “nice” list this year!

Oh my goodness! This is so unique and original. I think it is my favorite of any tag from this year's challenge. I didn't realize that those thinlits dies would cut felt. I really love that look and the whole concept. Cool Naught & Nice list too. You really knocked it out of the park with this one!

I'm so pleased that you were able to play along with the 12 Tag of Christmas Funkie Junkie Style this year. Congratulations on crossing the finish line and best of luck with the prize drawings on Tuesday!

Hugs, Linda
