All Lined Up!

The latest challenge by the Frilly and Funkie challenge blog is for us to get our lines all lined up!  The challenge is sponsored by the Funkie Junkie Boutique.  For some reason the challenge made me think of a fun party dress and rulers.  So, I decided to try and incorporate both into this project.  So, here are my lines…
